This information is provided for our customers and covers our customer service policies, payment methods, data management policies, currency details and shipping and returns.
Transaction Currencies
All prices displayed are inclusive of freight, handling and GST charges for purchases within Australia. Purchases by customers outside of Australia will incur additional postage charges, depending on destination and size of purchase. Please contact SleepTalk Australia for further information.
Payment Methods
You can make your payment by credit card, direct debit, cheque or money order. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Bankcard credit cards. Purchases will be sent once Direct Debit or Cheques have been cleared.
Customer Service Policies
Our delivery service provides delivery within 28 days from receipt of payment to most Australian destinations. If for any reason the goods ordered are unable to be delivered within 28 days you will be contacted and advised of the reasons for the delay. A receipt and tax invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your order form and credit card details.

Secure Data Management
We use Paymate as our payment gateway. All transactions between consumers and Paymate occur over secure socket layer technology (SSL) connections. This technology works best when the site is viewed with a Netscape or Microsoft browser. The information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection. When ordering at our site using the secure order form you will notice either a solid key or closed lock on your browser. Always look for these signs before entering your billing information.
All orders can be verified online before proceeding with your purchase. Submission of an order is therefore final, and SleepTalk Australia takes no responsibility for the customer's failure to read the details. All orders include postage, handling and GST .
Shipping Practices
SleepTalk delivers anywhere across Australia and Internationally. Goods can only be delivered to the correct destination address (and on time) if the details supplied to us are correct and complete.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of the product our returns policy is similar to that of any retailer of digital goods. Faulty goods that are returned to SleepTalk Australia within 30 days of receipt of goods will be replaced. Refunds for purchases are not given.
